The Navigli terrace: a Coase bargaining game

A Coase theorem game. A bar on the Navigli wants to keep its terrace open late; the resident upstairs wants to sleep. Each pair of students bargains over late nights per week and a payment in real time, with property rights and transaction costs changing by round. Students join the Student Portal with a first name and initial; the instructor runs sessions, pairing, and round timers from the Admin Dashboard.
